Sr.Executive or Executive- Client Servicing (FMS)


Experience: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as an interface between customer and FMS manager.
  • To judge the client’s requirements and match their requirements with the company’s products.
  • To handle incoming queries, process them as per company’s guidelines
  • Track the movement of FMS enquiries on the basis of the guidelines set by the management and sales probability.
  • Organizing calling programs for different events held by the company.
