Corporate Social responsibility has a very important role to play in Puraniks Real Estate Business, rather it goes hand in hand in every aspect by acting in a very responsible way.

Being into business for more than four decades Puraniks feel that it is their prime responsibility to participate and contribute in every aspect with respect to relations with every employee who is as good as an extended family along with their conduct in the society which falls in the ethical frame work built in the code of conducts by Puraniks.

We ensure that every employee/vendor/associate feels a strong sense of support for their personal as well as professional development including academic up gradations which is a natural expectation as we believe that learning is a continuous process which is a requirement of this highly transforming professional and competitive business environment.

Puraniks as a group has always emphasis on a neutral and transparent conduct of business which has contributed to promoting and sustaining a strong and healthy environment for generations to come.

We see to it that our construction sites will have a small crèche for children who will be taken care of when their parents are working on site.

All the construction workers will have a regular health check-up camps conducted on respective sites and provision for the basic education of the children of site workers will also be made.

Hygiene factors in transit and labour camps are very well looked into to create better living conditions.

Puraniks are also in the process and are seriously looking forward to adopt orphanage homes where we can be a catalyst by creating a support for their basic requirements of living like food, clothing, education & medication.

Today every business and every individual feels the heat of global warming; Puraniks strongly feels that this hot issue needs to be handled in its own way, where we carry the will to change and adopt to the environment which will lead to the noble cause.

All the construction sites of Puraniks are in process of adopting green construction practices which will support the construction processes as well as save on resources like energy, water etc.

We are committed to make transformation and to keep our promise we do plant hundreds of saplings/ plantations in and around our construction sites which also makes our site cooler as well as helps us in making a world green & better place to live.
