Using wind mills, solar water heaters, solar lights and more, is a common practice at clubhouses, swimming pools, podiums and other areas.

Water Conservation Method

Low Voltage Operations

Low voltage operations are extremely environment friendly and energy efficient as they consume up to 90% less power.

Puraniks uses PL, CFL, LED lights and timers/sensors in common areas of our projects, to reduce the voltage and power costs.

Energy Efficient Plumbing Fixtures

We encourage the application of CPVC, UPVC, ASTM and other plumbing fittings instead of galvanized iron pipes and fixtures as they’re more eco-friendly.

Energy efficient pumps for the U.G tank, S.T.P, swimming pools and the corresponding plumping fixtures of low flow prove very effective.

Sustainable Architecture Planning

Our Architectural planning incorporates designs that aid cross ventilation, and allow maximum natural light. Complented by glazed windows, this reduces energy consumption by 8 to 10%.

By insulating roofs, reusing debris, making terrace gardens and using thermal barriers, we intend to create sustainable and environment friendly projects.

Reduce, Reuse & Recycle

Our utmost priority during construction is to reduce wastage, reuse unused and left out raw materials and recycle waste to utilize in the future.

At our construction sites, using fly-ash bricks, PSC and cement containing fly-ash is also instrumental in sustaining the environment.

Dry-Wet Garbage Disposal System

At Puraniks we understand that segregation is the first step towards proper disposal of dry and wet categories of waste.

This practice immensely helps in recycling waste and protecting the environment from exposed hazardous waste.

Implementing Vermi-culture Practice

We implement the vermicomposting techniques, an eco-friendly option for managing domestic waste. This process of converting organic waste into stabilized organic matter is best suited for housing societies.

It’s an effective method for recycling organic kitchen waste and ensures a cleaner and healthier environment.

Biogas Plant Facility

Biogas is a type of biofuel created via anaerobic, or oxygen-free, digestion of organic matter by bacteria.
